Brand Photography Mentorship Agreement

This Agreement   is entered into between   Blackbird Creative   (“Instructor”) and the undersigned participant (“Client”) as of the date signed below.

1. Program Overview  
The   Brand Photography Mentorship   is a 3 month educational and coaching program designed to help photographers enter and grow within the brand photography niche. The program includes:

 Three (3) 1:1 Coaching Calls   (one per month)

  Six (6) Group Coaching Calls   (biweekly)

  Ongoing Support via Voxer   (for questions, feedback, and encouragement between sessions)

  Homework, resources, and templates   provided throughout the program

 2. Program Duration  
The program runs for   three consecutive months   beginning on the agreed upon start date. All calls and sessions must be completed within this timeframe unless otherwise arranged in writing.

 3. Payment Terms  

The total program fee is   $1,999  .

Payment is due   in full upon enrollment  , unless a   payment plan   is arranged in writing.

Payment plans must be completed before the end of the program.

All payments are   non refundable  , regardless of Client participation or completion.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy  

Due to the digital and time based nature of this program:

No refunds will be issued after payment is made.

If a Client cannot attend a   1:1 session  ,   48 hours’ notice   must be given to reschedule.

Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property  
All materials provided by Blackbird Creative—including but not limited to PDFs, templates, slides, videos, and audio recordings—are for   personal educational use only  .

Clients are permitted to   copy and use   these materials for their own business development but may   not share, sell, or distribute   them to others in any form.

6. Confidentiality  
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal, business, and proprietary information shared during the mentorship.

Group participants are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding anything discussed in group calls or Voxer support spaces.

7. Limitation of Liability  
Client understands that:

The Instructor does not guarantee specific outcomes or income.

The program is educational and not a substitute for business, legal, or financial advice.

Client participates voluntarily and releases the Instructor from any liability related to outcomes, actions, or decisions made during or after the program.

8. Code of Conduct  
To maintain a supportive and professional environment, Client agrees to:

Be punctual and prepared for all calls.

Participate respectfully in group discussions and Voxer spaces.

Refrain from harassing, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior toward others.

Violation of this policy may result in removal from the program   without refund.
   
9. Media Release (Optional)  
Client grants Blackbird Creative permission to use any testimonials, images, or video recordings voluntarily shared during the program for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Governing Law  
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of   British Columbia.

11. Agreement  
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this contract.
